From Oregon’s I-5, take a journey east from exit 136 into downtown Sutherlin. You’ll find us just north of the intersection of West Central and Old Highway 99. Our expansive production facility comprises three substantial bays along with dedicated onsite office space. With a remarkable 20,000 square feet of functional floor space, every inch accessible via overhead cranes, we’re equipped to tackle projects of grandeur. In our largest bay, measuring an impressive 50 by 100 feet, we routinely handle projects weighing up to 30,000 lbs with finesse. Moreover, we take pride in our comprehensive processing capabilities and a fully-equipped manual machine shop. At North Star Fabrication and Machine, precision knows no bounds.”

A 20-foot, 400-ton press brake for precision bending.

A comprehensive manual machine shop housing a range of equipment.
An 80-ton straightening brake for meticulous finishing.
A lathe and various mills to craft precision components.
Drill presses for versatile hole drilling.
Multiple 100-ton ironworkers to handle heavy-duty tasks.

But our capabilities go beyond equipment alone. Our dedicated team of experts is proficient in a wide array of welding techniques, including wire, TIG, MIG, stick, and manual welding. They’re well-versed in working with materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, cast iron, and various non-ferrous metals. Regardless of the material or the complexity of the project, our team delivers quality craftsmanship in any welding orientation, including pipe welding.
